IL SIMONCINI BASSO

On the sunset side of this large house, we have planned a simpler arrangement dedicated to short stays, but without giving up the comforts or views of our larger cottages.

A private outdoor area with a panoramic terrace shaded by wild figs allows you to rest outdoors even during the hottest hours. After passing a few steps, a French window leads to a comfortable living room with a wood-burning fireplace equipped with a small kitchen, ideal for two people.

The next room is dedicated to rest, furnished with an antique curved iron bed and wooden furniture in warm colours. The bathroom is accessible directly from the bedroom. As with the other houses, we have preserved the characteristics of Tuscan rural architecture, using local wood windows and doors, terracotta floors and recovering the traditional beam and brick ceilings.

GROUND FLOOR

CONDITIONS

Minimum stay two nights unless otherwise indicated.

The house is made available with a fully equipped kitchen and the necessary household linen, sheets, towels and blankets.

Prices in Euros provide for individual use of the entire apartment for the agreed period and for the agreed number of people, and include taxes, weekly cleaning with linen changes, water and electricity consumption. During the winter season, the gas for heating is measured by the guest on the meter upon arrival and charged at the cost price documented on the basis of the fuel supplier’s invoice. Approximately the cost is equal to about €.15,00 per day in the coldest month and if the temperatures drop to zero degrees Celsius.

Reservations are issued by credit card using the appropriate application on the home page, selecting the duration and the number of guests divided between adults, teenagers (3-12 years) and children (0-2 years).
The deposit will be fully refunded in case of cancellation within 30 days from arrival day The balance is charged on the day of arrival.

The house will be available to guests from 17:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Extra bed for adults €.30,00 per day. Pets accepted on request
