This farmhouse on two floors overlooks the central lawn of the square, and stands next to the old olive tree.

The upper entrance brings into the living room on the first floor with a large fireplace, two armchair and a “lit bateau “ sofa, to be turned into a standard single size bed if requested.

Two bedroom can be reached from this room, both overlooking the valley under the branches of the trees. One has two single bed, and the other a French size one. Next to these, a complete bathroom and the stairway to the lower floor.

The ground floor features a third French bed size bedroom, and a comfortable kitchen with dining table for six people, sofa, armchairs and a second working fireplace. A two sanitary bathroom is set under the stairway.

Both door window from the living and the bedroom opens up to the terracotta paved terrace facing the valley, shaded by the high leaves of acacia trees, and supply an alternative entrance to the house. The terrace is fitted with outdoor table, chairs and hammock. and due to its position is comfortable even in the hottest hours of the day.

Because of the tree shaded position, the cottage is probably the coolest in summer weather conditions. No Air con needed or provided

CONDITIONS

Minimum stay of two nights unless otherwise indicated.

The cottage is delivered with a fully equipped kitchen and the necessary set of household linen, sheets, towels and blankets.

Prices in Euro provide for the individual use of the entire apartment during the agreed period and for the guests stated in the reservation , and include weekly cleaning with fresh new sheets, water and light consumption. During the winter season, heating gas measured on the counter upon guest arrival will be billed according to the fuel supplier’s purchase documents. In the coldest month this may be up to about € 15.00 per day.

The reservation will be confirmed by CASEDIGELLO upon receipt by bank transfer of a 30% down payment of the total amount .

Cottage is delivered guests between 5.00 P.M. and 8.00 PM on arrival day and kindly vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Timetable flexibility will be offered depending on the peak season.

Extra bed for adults € .30.00 per day. Pets are welcome on prior request only .
