After passing a few steps, a French window leads to a comfortable living room with a wood-burning fireplace equipped with a small kitchen, ideal for two people.<\/p>\n<p>The next room is dedicated to rest, furnished with an antique curved iron bed and wooden furniture in warm colours. The bathroom is accessible directly from the bedroom. During the winter season, the gas for heating is measured by the guest on the meter upon arrival and charged at the cost price documented on the basis of the fuel supplier\u2019s invoice. Approximately the cost is equal to about \u20ac.15,00 per day in the coldest month and if the temperatures drop to zero degrees Celsius.<\/p>\n<p>Reservations are issued by credit card using the appropriate application on the home page, selecting the duration and the number of guests divided between adults, teenagers (3-12 years) and children (0-2 years).<br \/>\nThe deposit will be fully refunded in case of cancellation within 30 days from arrival day The balance is charged on the day of arrival.<\/p>\n<p>The house will be available to guests from 17:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.<\/p>\n<p>Extra bed for adults \u20ac.30,00 per day.
